Junior HC Business Partner | IFS

You have at least 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner team, You have proven experience in coordinating performance evaluation processes, including setting goals, conducting Performance&Reward reviews, preferably in large-scale organization, You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization, You have experience in managing diverse business stakeholders, You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to work with large data sets, You are skilled in preparing presentations in PowerPoint, You have the ability to synthesize and analyze data and draw conclusions, You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues, You have a very good command of the English language (used at work), You have knowledge of labor law
