Junior GenAI & Conversational Analytics Engineer (AI&Data)

What you will do

You have completed your studies and want to step directly into the “first league”? We are looking for a Junior for a full‑time role. Programming today is less about typing syntax and more about mission control for intelligent systems. If you can communicate effectively with AI – and then rigorously verify and correct its mistakes – this role is for you.

You will:

• Work on Vibe Coding and model routing, prototyping applications using APIs of leading commercial models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and open‑source variants (Hugging Face).
• Design and implement vector‑based retrieval and context: generate embeddings for documents, work with vector databases, and deploy RAG solutions using the MCP standard.
• Build conversational analytics systems that enable “talking to data” by translating natural language into SQL (Text‑to‑SQL) for structured datasets.
• Conduct AI evaluation: test and audit AI‑generated code in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) with a focus on quality, robustness and reliability.
• Work hands‑on with our tech stack: Python, SQL, Vibe Coding tools, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), Hugging Face, vector databases, MCP, and public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Collaborate with business representatives as well as development team members, sharing knowledge and continuously improving your skills.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Important info about recruitment (Vibe Coding):

• Forget about whiteboard algorithm exams. Bring your favourite AI‑supported IDE. During the interview we will give you a real‑world problem and debug it together, focusing on how you think, collaborate with AI and verify its output.

Requirements

• Engineer’s or Master’s degree in an IT‑related field (or being ready and available to work full time in such a role).
• Solid working knowledge of Python and basic SQL.
• Practical experience with core LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and understanding of how embeddings work in real use cases.
• Awareness of tooling frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, ADK and of the MCP standard, and willingness to deepen your skills in these areas.
• English at a minimum B2 level, enabling you to work with documentation and communicate in an international team.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience building small projects or prototypes using LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain / LlamaIndex / ADK) and vector databases.
• Hands‑on work with RAG or conversational analytics (e.g. “chat with your documents”, Text‑to‑SQL, or similar solutions).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) from a data or application‑engineering perspective; cloud‑related certificates will be a plus.
