Internship - IT Operations Intern

What you will do

Supporting IT team in:

• Technical user support (first line) in organization in IT scope,
• Configuration equipment and applications for employees,
• Diagnosis and resolving incidents with work reporting,
• Supporting workstation configurations,
• Supporting for conference rooms IT equipment,
• Managing requests in the helpdesk system.

Skills and Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Work in group and under stress
• Basic skills in Windows operational and troubleshooting knowledge
• Basic MS Office application knowledge
• Communicative knowledge of the English language

• Higher education or during the studies – computer science or similar
• Basic skill Linux operational and troubleshooting knowledge
