IAM Product Owner

Falck operates a modern, secure and user-friendly Identity & Access Management capability as a core part of our infrastructure and cybersecurity agenda. Our IAM platform underpins how 25,000+ employees, partners and digital services securely access Falck systems and data – from ambulances and fire stations to corporate functions and digital healthcare products.

We are looking for a Product Owner to take end‑to‑end ownership of the IAM product. You will be responsible for its lifecycle, roadmap and operational health across a primarily outsourced, multi‑vendor environment. This is not a textbook Scrum backlog role – it is a hybrid function combining product thinking, delivery governance and operational ownership.

You will join the Infrastructure area, working closely with colleagues in Infrastructure, Security Operations, Application teams, HR and Business Units, as well as external vendors providing IAM technology and managed services.
