HRIS Analyst - WorkForce Software (M/F/D)

Adaptability & Initiative – ability to handle change, work under pressure, and remain results-driven., Requirements Gathering & Consulting – identify business needs, engage stakeholders, and recommend effective solutions., Change Management – support organizations through change and help implement new processes and systems., Communication & Collaboration – communicate clearly and work effectively with others to influence outcomes., Problem Solving & Decision Making – analyze issues, make informed decisions, and keep stakeholders informed., Planning & Organization – prioritize tasks and manage work efficiently., Professionalism & Attention to Detail – maintain accuracy, reliability, discretion, and high standards of conduct., Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree (e.g., HR, IT, Business), min. 3 years in Time & Attendance systems (more specifically around the WorkForce Software technology), HR knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. Any other HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is a bonus.
