We expect our Employees to integrate these principles by leveraging analytics to inform decisions, automating routine processes for efficiency, and continuously seeking ways to optimize HR practices to align with organizational goals.HRBP (Consultant Success Partner)Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the performance and retention of an assigned group of consultantsMonitor and analyze key metrics (including utilization, margin, and attrition)Identify risks (e.g. disengagement, attrition risk, project mismatch) and proactively drive mitigation actionsSegment consultants based on risk level and required level of attention (e.g. stable / requires attention / high risk)Report on team status, including insights from feedback and identified risk areasAssess consultant performance in the context of margin impact and recommend optimization actionsConduct regular 1:1s with consultants to gather feedback and detect early signalsCollaborate with business and delivery teams on optimal consultant allocationRecommend actions to improve margin and overall team efficiencySupport decision-making related to allocations, project changes, and contract extensionsParticipate in key stages of the consultant lifecycle (onboarding, transitions, offboarding)Leverage HR data (eNPS, surveys, feedback) to identify trends and translate insights into actions improving retention and performanceContribute to engagement and retention initiatives, supporting a strong and positive team cultureSupport and coordinate selected CSR and culture-building initiatives aligned with company valuesQualifications:2–4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, operations, resource management, or a similar roleStrong ability to work with data and draw actionable insightsUnderstanding of key business metrics such as margin, utilization, and attritionExperience in working with people (e.g. consultants, project teams, stakeholders) and ability to build effective relationshipsStrong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and performance managementAbility to identify risks early and take proactive actionsConfidence in handling challenging conversations and problem-solving in dynamic environmentsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive mindset and ownership – ability to operate independently and drive topics forwardProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in Polish and English is requiredThis is not a traditional HR role.
