Your responsibilities would include: Being responsible for delivery of functional support activities within the MyHR ecosystemSupporting SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Learning (LMS), Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding (ONB), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Succession & Development (S&D) and Compensation (COMP)Supporting other global HR systems such as PeopleDoc and ServiceNowActing as a source of information on global design and safeguards solution integrity for Business as UsualServing as a functional expert in the HR Systems & Solutions landscapeUnderstanding business needs, analyzing complex requirements and overseeing business impactCollaborating closely with nearshore technical support partnersParticipating in testing cycles, releases and training of business stakeholders within the global MyHR communityDriving first-time-right resolution of tickets handled by the technical support teamMonitoring resolution and response times in line with SLA agreementsActing as a source of information on the global design of the MyHR ecosystemParticipating in projects and coordinating assigned changes from start to finishPerforming requirements gathering and functional acceptance testingAdvising on system capabilities while safeguarding global template processesPerforming ticket analysis to identify trends and acts proactively on findingsMonitoring data quality and guides OpCos to improve their data qualityDelivering improvement proposals on support processes You are a good candidate if you have: Bachelor/Master University degree3–5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactorsDeep functional SAP SuccessFactors expertise across multiple modulesStrong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and supporting technologiesUnderstanding of digital products that integrate with SAP SuccessFactorsStrong business understanding, operational excellence, analytical skills and hands-on mentalityFluent EnglishClear, thorough and timely verbal and written communication using appropriate and effective toolsStrong mobilization and open-minded listening skillsStrong process and project management skillsStrong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Functional OwnersStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsWhat we offer:Private Medical HealthcarePerformance bonusPluxee cardLife insuranceReferral programDevelopment opportunitiesLocal and global job opportunities within HEINEKENHybrid work modelAt HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
