HR Services Specialist (with Dutch)

Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments, Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP), Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data, Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits), Support line managers and employees on HR topics in Dutch and English, Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus), Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss), Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions, Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities, Collaborate closely with HR BPs, managers, and other departments. Education in Human Resources or similar, At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment, very good understanding of the employee lifecycle, Very good understanding of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor), up to date HR knowledge, Proficient in Dutch and English, Experience with Dutch labor law, administration and payroll is very nice to have, Strong team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation and service thinking, Very good MS Office skills (especially in excel)
