This role is ideal for a highly skilled HR operations specialist who can independently manage complex Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR service processes across the EMEA region – and frequently beyond it. The successful candidate will act as a key point of escalation, ensure operational excellence, support global HR processes, and drive improvements in HR systems, documentation, and data governance.This position requires strong judgment, deep operational expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international environment.Location: hybrid work model – 2/3 days per week from the Warsaw officeSalary: 90 – 115 PLN/h + VAT B2B or employment contract 13 000 – 15 000 PLN/month grossStart Date: ASAPProject duration: until the end of the yearJob SummaryThe HR Services Senior Associate is a senior specialist responsible for executing and overseeing advanced Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR service processes, ensuring accuracy across HR systems, and resolving complex or sensitive employee issues. The person in this role acts as a subject matter expert, provides guidance to others, supports global and regional HR operations, and participates in HR systems testing and process optimization initiatives.Responsibilities:– Life Cycle and System UpdatesExecutes all Tier 1 and Tier 2 lifecycle change processes across EMEA and supports broader global HR processesManages additional advanced Tier 2 processes, such as Benefits, Compensation, and Leave of AbsenceActs as a point of escalation for atypical or complex employee queries, providing expert guidance and solutionsEnsures end-to-end process execution and supports improvements in workflows and documentationOwns HR system data accuracy, maintains employee files, and supports UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for HR system updatesPrepares regular and ad-hoc reporting for HR stakeholders and leadershipHandles highly sensitive personnel issues requiring advanced judgment and confidentiality– COE (Centre of Excellence) Process ExpertiseDemonstrates a strong understanding of EMEA and global COE programs and processesProvides expert guidance to line managers and employees on COE-related topics and escalates issues as appropriateManages complex COE processes in areas such as Benefits, Leave of Absence, and CompensationSupports process design, documentation updates, and COE project work– Operational ExcellenceOversees updates to the HR knowledge library, including maintenance of multilingual contentNavigates multiple HR systems (including Workday) to resolve advanced queries requiring considerable judgmentMonitors and supports achievement of SLA and KPI targets; recommends operational improvementsEnsures full compliance with SOX, data governance standards, and internal HR policiesMaintains impeccable data quality in transactions, communication, and stakeholder interactionsServes as a first point of escalation within the HR Services team, ensuring adherence to processes, SLAs, and quality standards– Project ManagementParticipates in regional and global HR projects, including process standardization and system optimizationSupports translation and localization work as neededContributes to documentation improvements as part of organizational redesign initiativesQualifications:High school diploma/GED required; higher education is a plusMinimum 4+ years of relevant experience in HR Services, Shared Services, or HR OperationsSpecialist-level expertise in Benefits or Leave of Absence within Europe; experience supporting multiple countries is strongly preferredStrong autonomy, ownership, and ability to manage complex operational workloads– SkillsFluent in Polish and English (additional languages welcome)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Strong understanding of regional absence policies (sickness, parental, maternity/paternity, special leave)Hands-on experience with Workday and HR systems; experience supporting multiple EMEA countries preferredExceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent customer service orientationOffer:Hybrid work model (2-3 days/week in Warsaw city center office)Opportunity to work in a global, fast‑growing organizationProfessional development through internal trainings and access to international HR processesParticipation in global and regional projects, including UAT and process improvementsDaily cooperation with international teams across EMEAFriendly, inclusive culture and supportive onboardingAccess to paid benefits (medical care, sports card, life insurance)Please submit your CV in English.Employer: ManpowerGroup Solutions Sp. z o.o.Employment is provided through an agency under an outsourcing model.
