HR Project Manager

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Economy or a related field., At least 3 years of experience in HR, organizational development, project management, or similar role., Knowledge of manufacturing environments and operational structures., Familiarity with the change management principles., Analytical skills and ability to work with organizational data., Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI)., Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders., Fluent in English (C1)., Willingness to travel (the need to travel on business – approx. 25-30% of the time.
