HR Operations Team Leader, Officer

Minimum 8 years of experience in Polish HR roles, including at least 2 years in a team‑leadership capacity., Strong understanding of best practices in operational controls, labor law, and working with outsourced providers., Working knowledge of the Polish Labor Code, social security obligations (ZUS) related to employment and working time regulations., Communicative in written and oral English., Experience working with HR systems; Workday and Enova are strong advantages., Education in HR, finance, or accounting is preferred., Ability to deliver high‑quality work in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail., Professional communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels while maintaining confidentiality., Very strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-look up, and advanced functions)., Strong customer focus and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude., Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
