HR Operations Specialist

At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Administration, Benefits, or Employee Services, Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, Proven experience working within a ticketing/case management environment, Experience using HR systems such as Workday, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce or HRIS systems, Experience supporting multiple EMEA countries, Solid understanding of local compliance requirements, employment law basics, and data privacy regulations, Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tickets independently,, High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline, Ability to operate in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
