Education & Experience:, • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence., • Ideally 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in customer service, HR or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience., , Knowledge & Skills:, • Fluent Dutch and English, knowledge of other foreign languages ex.
