HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team as a HR Business Partner to cover parental leave on a fixed term of 18 months based in Gdańsk, Poland. This is a great opportunity for a business focused and dynamic professional; the ideal candidate will have 6+ years of previous working experience in human resources within an international company. The role will provide local strategic and operational HR support to business teams in Poland working in partnership with global and Europe business and HR teams. Reporting to the Head of HR EMEA & APAC, the selected candidate will join a dynamic, global team aimed at shaping the future of HR to drive business value, a best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs, services and support in the following key areas:
