Wymagania
At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR Generalist role, Solid knowledge of Polish labour law, payroll processes, and employment contracts, Experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end, Familiarity with HRIS tools (Revolut People, Factorial, or similar is a plus), Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities at once, Discreet, trustworthy, and people-oriented, Fluent in Polish and English (both required), Hands-on experience using AI tools in your daily work (drafting documents, analysing data, automating tasks) or a strong demonstrated interest in learning, Comfortable with digital tools: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion.
