HR Analyst | Managed Service Operations

2–3+ years’ experience in reporting/analytics (preferably HC/People Analytics or adjacent areas)., Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data preparation and management reporting., Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to non‑technical audiences and leadership., Fluent English (spoken and written) and great attention to detail., Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively; proactive, problem‑solving mindset., University degree., Experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX), SQL., Prior experience in a corporate environment.
