Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingBuilding and implementing sourcing strategiesSupporting the development of talent pipelines and executing tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaignsFinding and engaging active and passive candidates through various channels, using alternative search techniquesWorking with recruiters and hiring managers to optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging dataManaging and engaging talent pools through our ATSImplementing modern sourcing and recruiting methodsWhat you'll needGreat organisational, multitasking, and time management skillsFluency in English (C1 level)Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsImpeccable attention to detailFlexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsNice to haveFluency in other languagesCompensation rangePoland: PLN7,200 - PLN11,000 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
