Zakres obowiązków Lead daily delivery of Global Mobility and Compensation & Performance services across assigned markets, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal standards Monitor service quality, resolve operational issues, and address delivery gaps Act as a key contact for P&C and business stakeholders, ensuring service satisfaction Collaborate with Payroll, P&C Operations, and Global Process Owners to maintain seamless service delivery Oversee HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, ensuring high data quality and proper governance Drive process standardization, documentation updates, and continuous improvement Lead and develop the team, ensuring effective workload distribution and a high-performance culture Ensure compliance with labor law, immigration, data protection, and internal controls, managing escalations and complex cases Wymagania Experience delivering employee lifecycle services in regional or global shared services environments Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Global Mobility, or Compensation and Benefits Previous team leadership experience in operational HR Strong background in multi-country environments with a focus on compliance and governance Proven experience in process improvement and service optimization Oferujemy Hybrid working model Sports card Life insurance Inclusive, international working environment
