Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant work experience., Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, including hands-on HR Operations and payroll coordination in a corporate environment., Previous experience in coordinating or supervising HR team members, Solid understanding of German payroll processes, labour law, and obligations best in financial services industry, Experience with HRIS Workday and MS Office, Fluent German and English (spoken and written), Customer-oriented approach, good organizational and communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity, Proactive, reliable, motivating, ensure psychological safety in the team and creating an atmosphere for high performance with a smile
