This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work closely with other developers, contribute to a shared codebase, and help ensure the product remains stable, scalable, and high-quality.You will play an active role in shaping and improving the system.What you will work onDeveloping and maintaining micro frontends and microservicesImproving system performance, stability, and scalabilityIntegrating the platform with internal and external servicesContinuously improving code quality and development practicesContributing throughout the full lifecycle of the application, including production deploymentWhat we are looking forStrong experience in backend development using Java/KotlinSolid understanding of frontend development with React or a similar frameworkExperience working in cloud environments, preferably AWSPractical experience with microservices architectureExperience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practicesAbility to work in a trunk-based development setupExperience working with event-driven systems, such as KafkaStrong familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic workflows as part of everyday software developmentTech stackFrontend: React, micro frontendsBackend: Kotlin & Java, microservicesInfrastructure: AWS, KubernetesCI/CD: GitLab PipelinesMessaging: Kafka
