We are looking for a Ferryt Configuration Specialist / Business Process Consultant to join our team and help us design, configure, and improve business workflows on the FerrytFlow platform.In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and users to analyse requirements, model processes, and configure solutions that make everyday operations more efficient and user-friendly.Your responsibilitiesGather and analyse business requirements for process implementation and development on the FerrytFlow BPM platformDesign and configure business processes using Ferryt / FerrytFlow (BPMS)Translate business needs into efficient workflow solutionsConfigure and optimise business processes within the platformSupport end users and deliver system trainingCollaborate with internal teams to improve and expand digital process solutionsWhat we expectGood knowledge of MS SQL and confidence in writing SQL queries (T-SQL is a plus)Basic knowledge of HTML and CSSFamiliarity with BPMN and UMLStrong analytical and logical thinking skillsGood communication skillsCommunicative level of EnglishNice to haveKnowledge of C#Familiarity with Agile project management methodologiesExperience with FerrytFlow and/or UniFlowWhy join us?Opportunity to work on impactful business process automation projectsA role combining analysis, technology, and collaboration with business usersHands-on experience with a BPMS platform and real business transformation initiativesA chance to grow your skills in process modeling, workflow configuration, and digital transformation
