Summary: The role of Data Engineer – Senior Professional 1 focuses on designing and delivering modern data products while collaborating with domain teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Its primary objective is to manage the entire lifecycle of data products independently.Responsibilities:Build Data Products: Collaborate with domain teams to create source-aligned data products for various analytical applications.Work According to Standards: Follow existing data contracts, modeling patterns, and CI/CD processes, while contributing to best practices.Enable Domain Teams: Facilitate ownership transfer, conduct pair programming, and ensure structured knowledge sharing.Professional Operations: Manage lifecycle processes such as data quality, governance, lineage, and cost control for owned products.Key Requirements:2–5 years of experience in Data Engineering.Experience delivering pipelines and data products on AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Azure, Witboost, and Dreamio.Strong proficiency in dbt and ELT/ETL practices.Experience with CI/CD and automated testing in data environments.Strong understanding of data governance and reusable patterns.Nice to Have:Experience in Data Mesh environments.Knowledge of DataOps principles in production environments.Strong collaboration skills in distributed teams.Other Details:Location: Nearshore within EUInterview Format: RemoteDuration: As per assignmentLanguage Requirement: Fluent in English
