Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities:Conduct a documented assessment of existing Cyber Security tools and their effectiveness in preventing, detecting, and protecting against insider threatsAnalyse current security capabilities and identify gaps in internal threat monitoring and response mechanismsProvide clear recommendations for improvements and prioritise required adjustmentsSupport the implementation of recommended changes and enhancementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical security controls and organisational risk management requirementsPrepare and maintain technical documentation related to the assessment and proposed improvements Requirements:Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Cyber Security, preferably in large enterprise environmentsProven experience working as a Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert within a large-scale Insider Threat ProgramHands-on experience with multiple Cyber Security tools related to threat detection, monitoring, and protectionStrong technical and risk management expertise in cyber security environmentsDocumented professional experience in the financial sector within the EUExperience working with technical security documentationExperience in banking or financial institutionsVery good command of English (oral and written)Nice to have:Cyber Security certifications or formal education in the cyber security domainExperience working as an IT Security ArchitectExperience in Project Management within cyber security initiatives Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
