Responsibilities:Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ and countries for the module Compensation (e.g. Salary review)Gather & analyze requirements: Capture global/local compensation policies, salary structures and bonus schemesDesign solutions: Compensation templates, rules, budgets and approval workflows in ECPrepare & validate data: Support data migration, ensure accuracy, and set up test casesTest & integrate: Perform UAT, validate workflows, and ensure seamless integration with payroll/performance systemsTrain & support: Deliver user training, support change management, and provide hypercare after go-liveSecure the successful roll-out in 20+ countriesConsult the HR business side on solution design and best practicesRequirements:Experience in Employee Central implementations on large scale in international multi-country approachesProven experience with SAP HCM (PA, OM, PY, or TM) and/or SuccessFactors EC CompensationStrong understanding of HR processes and data flowsExperience in vendor management, including contract handling and performance reviewsAnalytical mindset with problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teamOffer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardTraining & learning opportunitiesSalary20 000 - 26 000 PLNGross per month - Permanent100 - 150 PLNNet per hour - B2B
