Main Responsibilities: As a Coordinator, the primary duties include: Regular participation in client meetings Presenting changes to the client in coordination with technicians Scheduling and coordinating changes Managing approvals and sign-offs for changes Creating, reviewing, and presenting reports Supporting and backing up other coordinators Leading meetings with technicians and, if needed, clients Key Requirements: German (must-have) English (must-have) Strong communication skills Confident personality Clear and professional way of speaking Quick comprehension skills Nice to Have: Technical know-how (not required in depth) Excel skills Other Details: This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, providing support and leadership during client engagements.
