Business-System Analyst | AI Products (GenAI)

contract: B2Brate: 145 pln/h + VATwork mode: remoteAs a Business/System Analyst, you will support the identification, analysis, and preparation of both explicit and implicit stakeholder requirements and provide functional support for AI-driven business applications within the Azure ecosystem. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and DevOps teams. Your responsibility will include analyzing requirements together with business representatives and creating proposed solutions that solve business problems or add value to end users through AI-driven capabilities in business application products.The role focuses on AI and GenAI-based solutions, implemented primarily around Python-based services, APIs, and Azure OpenAI, with a strong emphasis on correct and effective implementation of models prepared by Data Science teams.ResponsibilitiesWorking with stakeholders to capture and define business requirementsCreating detailed outcomes of the business analysis process, outlining problems and opportunities for business stakeholdersEliciting and validating product requirements and translating them into relevant Product Backlog items and tasksMonitoring the completeness and quality of business requirements and taking responsibility for their accuracyIdentifying dependencies and blockers impacting the planned scopeParticipating in estimations together with the entire development teamSupporting the Product Owner, Delivery Team, and Program Manager with a detailed understanding of product features during refinement sessionsValidating the product on behalf of stakeholders, including readiness to participate in end-to-end (E2E) testing processesCreating and maintaining relevant project and product documentationContinuously seeking improvements and operational excellenceKey RequirementsFluency in PolishVery good written and spoken English (advanced B2 or C1 level)Several years of hands-on experience in the software development domain as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar roleSolid understanding of the software development lifecycle with proven experience in end-to-end software project deliveryExperience in exploring and managing requirements in large corporate environmentsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in ambiguous contextsProactive attitude and confidence in working with senior decision-makersTeam-oriented mindset, valuing positive team culture and professional collaborationStrong communication and interpersonal skills combined with stakeholder management capabilitiesPractical experience with collaboration and delivery tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceNice to HaveExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum)Basic understanding of the FinTech / InsurTech industryKnowledge of the German language (not mandatory)
