Business Function Implementation Lead - SAP S/4HANA EWM

What you will do

As a Business Function Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. This includes ensuring alignment with business requirements, conducting process analysis, and defining or redesigning organizational structures.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
• Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication among team members.
• Evaluate project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: ​

• Expert proficiency in SAP Extended Warehouse Management, including inbound, outbound and production staging processes.
• Minimum one full implementation project completed in a lead role.
