Business Analyst – Loans / Delivery

PROJECT DETAILS:Workload: Full-timeContract: B2BLength: 12 months+ Working model: Remote with 2 days from the office (Kraków, Poland)We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong loans domain knowledge and a solid delivery mindset to support complex change in a fast-paced, regulated environment.In this role, you will own end-to-end business analysis activities, from discovery and stakeholder workshops to process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability. You will translate business needs into clear, testable requirements for Technology teams and support delivery across multiple workstreams.A strong understanding of the loans lifecycle is essential, including areas such as origination, servicing, amendments, repayments, interest and fees, covenants, and lifecycle events. You will work closely with Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to ensure solutions are practical, controlled, scalable, and aligned with regulatory requirements. You will also support UAT planning, test scenarios, defect triage, sign-off readiness, and governance activities, including milestones, RAID, dependencies, and delivery reporting.We are looking for someone with:Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex changeStrong knowledge of loans, ideally across the full lifecycleSolid delivery management and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and workshop facilitation skillsStrong analytical capabilities in process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solvingAdditional experience with legal documentation, contractual features, Agile tools, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or operational risk will be a strong advantage.This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently, drive clarity in complex environments, and balance pace with control to deliver high-quality outcomes.
