ALM Specialist (DevOps / SRE focus)

Location: Remote + occasional trips to the office (approx. 1–2 times per half year)Assignment type: B2BLanguage: EnglishStart date for assignment: ASAPDuration of assignment: 12 months initial contract + extension/ long term cooperationRole: ALM Specialist (DevOps / SRE focus)We are looking for an Application Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our Applications Team, with a strong focus on DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). The role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and reliable application platforms through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement. You will be joining a team of two ALM specialists and four Application Specialists, with heavy involvement in ensuring stable ALM and monitoring platforms as well as participating in migration activities for Applications in the bank. Main ResponsibilitiesOperate, configure, and optimize application and security tooling (e.g. CI/CD, SAST, DAST, SCA)Integrate tools into platform CI/CD pipelines and drive automationMonitoring platform engineering with focus on managing and governance of application performance, availability, and reliability across multiple applicationsTroubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous improvementSupport secure development practices and compliance requirementsMaintain documentation, runbooks, and operational best practicesDrive migration and transformation activities Key RequirementsBackground in DevOps, IT Operations, or Software DevelopmentHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automationExperience across the SDLC, preferably in regulated environments (financial industry is a plus)Strong scripting and system administration skills; experience with cloud platformsFamiliarity with modern development tools (Git, CI/CD platforms, security testing tools)Fluent in English Nice to HaveProactive “automate-first” mindsetStructured, reliable, and collaborativeComfortable working in agile teams and across IT and business stakeholder
