Our products are trusted by major airlines, flight schools, and training organizations across the globe.If you’re passionate about aviation and technology, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.About Us:We create distance learning products for:Aircraft types (e.g. Diamond DA42, Airbus A320, Boeing 737)Theoretical training (e.g. ATPL, PLL, N-VFR, MEP(L))General Aviation subjects (e.g. CRM, CWO, DG)Our solutions strictly follow EASA regulations and comply with global aviation standards (ICAO, FAA, IATA).We work in small, interdisciplinary, agile teams focused on ownership and impact.Your Role:As an Aviation e-Learning Developer / Subject Matter Expert, you will create high-quality training solutions for pilots based on technical documentation and aviation standards.Responsibilities:Develop e-learning and m-learning training scenarios for pilotsDesign and build courses using authoring toolsImprove and update existing training materialsCollaborate with graphic designers to enhance learning effectivenessContribute to team OKRs and product milestonesResearch and implement innovative learning approachesWhat We’re Looking For:Engineering degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and/or pilot licenseStrong English skills (C1 or equivalent)Ability to understand and work with technical aviation documentationLogical thinking and creative problem-solving skillsInterest in technology and digital learning toolsAvailability of at least 30 hours per weekPassion for aviationWhat We Offer:Employment type: B2B / Contract of Employment / Contract of ServicesHybrid model (minimum 1 day per month in the office)Flexible working hours (start between 7:00–11:00 AM)Co-financed Medicover medical package and fitness cardRecruitment Process:20-minute HR phone interviewRemote task60-minute on-site interview with the team
