Senior Software Engineer - Distributed Infrastructure (Warsaw)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our Distributed Infrastructure team in Warsaw.

You will design, build, and own scalable, production-grade backend systems that power critical operations at global scale. This role sits at the heart of our infrastructure - distributed systems, backend architecture, high-availability services, and internal tooling - working closely with product, operations, and engineering teams worldwide.

Total Annual Compensation (Base + Bonus + Equity where applicable):

• Senior Engineer: 316,000 – 460,000 PLN gross
• Senior+ / Tech Lead: 430,000 – 630,000 PLN gross
• Staff Engineer: 680,000 – 860,000 PLN gross

Final level and offer depend on experience, technical scope, and interview performance.
