Senior Expert Compensation & Benefits for Europe (All Genders)

We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Expert, based in Warsaw, who combines strong analytical skills with a real interest in new technologies.

In this role, you will help shape the Total Rewards strategy for the region and actively support the AI transformation of our HR processes.

Your tasks:

Build cost models, salary budget simulations, pay equity analyses and ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Implement and develop AI based tools and solutions in Total Rewards processes.

Run salary reviews, market analyses and benchmarks (e.g. Mercer) and recommend actions based on the results.

Design, analyze and harmonize compensation and benefits policies across European countries.

Work with HR, Finance and IT teams on the digital transformation of compensation processes.

Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for regional leadership.

Advise HR Business Partners and managers on pay, bonus and benefits topics.

Take part in global projects such as salary structure reviews, recognition programs and long-term incentive plans.

This role gives you a real influence on the Total Rewards strategy across the region.

What You Need to SucceedAt least 5-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including work in an international environment.

Very strong analytical skills, comfort with large data sets and the ability to turn data into business insights.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical and visualization tools.

Hands-on experience with, or a strong interest in, the use of AI in HR.

Understanding pay regulations in Europe, including the Pay Transparency Directive.

Fluent English. Independence, accuracy and the ability to explain complex data in business language.

Very good verbal and written communication abilities.

Excellent stakeholder management, including impact & influence skills in complex matrix structure.

Ability to ad hoc travelling – 10%.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday or SAP Success
