About the positionWe’re looking for a proactive, business-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and wants to have a real impact on how we attract, hire, and grow talent across the organization.

This is not a “fill-the-pipeline” type of role. We’re looking for someone who combines strong recruitment expertise with ownership, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset. While the core focus will be IT recruitment, the role will also include opportunities to contribute to Employer Branding, Talent Development initiatives, and recruitment process optimization.

The scope of the role will be shaped not only by business needs, but also by the strengths, experience, and ideas of the person joining the team.

Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily for IT and tech-related roles

• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using direct search and proactive sourcing methods
• Ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to Employer Branding activities and help strengthen the company’s market presence as an employer
• Support Talent Development initiatives and internal people-focused projects
• Identify opportunities to improve existing recruitment processes and implement new solutions
• Take ownership of initiatives that bring measurable value to the organization and teamUse data, market insights, and recruitment metrics to drive decisions and improve effectiveness
• What we are looking for
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within IT or tech environments
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented organization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proactive approach, ownership mindset, and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Experience with sourcing and direct search methods
• Interest in broader HR areas such as Employer Branding, Talent Development, or process improvement
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing business needs

• Experience scaling recruitment processes in growing organizations
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and ATS optimization
• Previous involvement in Employer Branding or internal development initiatives
• Experience working in high-growth or rapidly changing environments
