You'll support customers of a leading manufacturer of innovative garden equipment, robotic lawn mowers, and power tools.

What will you do?🔹 Provide technical support mainly via phone (German & English)🔹 Troubleshoot products, mobile applications, and connected devices🔹 Guide customers through setup, installation, and maintenance🔹 Handle after-sales cases, including warranties, returns, and spare parts🔹 Document customer interactions and ensure a great customer experience

• What are we looking for?✅ German (C1 min.) & English (B2)✅ Experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting✅ Interest in technology and problem-solving✅ Good computer skills (Windows, MS Office)✅ Readiness to work from our office in Katowice
