• Remote within Poland
• Salary 5300 - 6000 PLN gross per month (33.3 PLN gross per hour. The role is based on an equivalent working time system)
• Full time Employment contract

What you will do:

• Support customers via phone and email in Italian and English
• Help resolve technical administrative and order related issues
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Update customer records and document interactions
• Promote suitable products and services when needed
• Work closely with Team Leaders and internal teams

What we expect:

• Italian at B2/C1 level
• English at B1 B2 level
• Good communication skills and customer oriented mindset
• Basic IT knowledge Windows macOS troubleshooting

Motivation to learn and develop professionally

Nice to have:

• Previous customer service experience
• Interest in tech and online communication
