Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) with German | Employment contract

Location: Wrocław, Psie Pole (Bierutowska) – 100% On-site

We are currently expanding our Customer Care HUB in Wrocław and opening a new support line for the DACH market. We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others and want to enter the world of cutting-edge medical technology.

Your day at the office:

• Supporting customers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH market).
• Handling inquiries regarding iTero & Invisalign products (modern orthodontics).
• Flexible working hours: Start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM (8.5h shift including lunch break).
• Holiday swap: We work on Polish bank holidays, but in return, you get German holidays off or extra days to use whenever you need them most!

Who are we looking for?

• You are fluent in German (we’ll verify this with a quick test if you haven't lived in a DACH country).
• Your English is at least B1/B2 level (training and internal materials are in English).
• You want to work on-site at our office on Bierutowska St. (Psie Pole).

Training & Onboarding: We won’t throw you into the deep end! You’ll start with 1.5 months of comprehensive, fully paid training. We will teach you everything you need to know about our products.
