GFE Solutions is looking for an experienced CNC/CAM Technologist / Programmer to join our engineering team and support international precision manufacturing projects.

We are looking for a specialist who combines strong CNC/CAM expertise with a solid understanding of machining technology. The role requires the ability to independently develop and optimize manufacturing processes for complex components, from machining strategy and tooling selection to CAM programming and process optimization.

Your responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC/CAM programs using hyper

MILL
Develop machining strategies for 5-axis CNC machining
Independently define machining sequences, tools, cutting parameters and workholding solutions
Optimize toolpaths, machining processes and cycle timesWork with technical drawings, tolerances and 3D CAD models
Support implementation and troubleshooting of machining processes
Improve process stability, quality and manufacturing efficiency
Prepare and maintain technical/process documentation
Cooperate with engineers and international clients on manufacturability and technical solutions
What we are looking for:

Professional experience in CNC/CAM and machining technology

Hands-on professional experience with hyper
MILL
Practical experience in 5-axis CNC programming and machining
Ability to independently develop machining processes, including strategy, tooling, cutting parameters and workholding
Strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerances
Experience in machining process and cycle-time optimization
Good English skills for technical communication
Independent, analytical and problem-solving approach
Nice to have:

Experience with simultaneous 5-axis machining

Knowledge of Heidenhain or Siemens controls
Experience with Tebis or other advanced CAM systems
Knowledge of postprocessors or CAM automation
Experience in precision manufacturing industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical, machinery or tooling
