User Access Certification Analyst

Warsaw (3 days onsite per week)

Salary: 24 000 – 30 000 PLN gross (employment)

Employer: international financial sector company Tasks:

Build and scale the user access certification program across applications and systems

• Lead and coordinate periodic access certification campaigns
• Design and implement processes to detect and resolve inappropriate access
• Partner with business owners, security teams, and IT application teams
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and executive reports
• Automate and streamline certification workflows
• Support internal and external audits
• Analyze entitlement data and perform data validation
• Produce and maintain clear process documentation
• Deliver training for reviewers Requirements:3+ years of experience in user access governance, access certification, identity and access management, or a related IT control function
• Demonstrated experience coordinating and executing user access reviews and certification campaigns
• Practical experience working with identity and access management systems (IAM)

Direct experience supporting internal or external compliance audits

Strong data analysis skills (MS Excel, SQL)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Fluent in English and Polish
