Transform our client's business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve their efficiency, quality, and adaptability.

Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes, and design optimized ones using AI.

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.

Collaborate with the development team, process owners, and mentor on creating and testing AI solutions.

Create and maintain project and process documentation.

RequirementsAt least 5 years of relevant experience

Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo);

Agentic automation feasibility assessment; Agent workflow design (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions), building metrics and evalsCost/TCO analysis
