Start Date: ASAP

Work Model: Hybrid. Requires on-site presence in the UK for one full week per month (5 consecutive days), with the remaining weeks worked remotely.

Target Sectors: Broad multi-sector experience is highly valued—specifically Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Utilities, Tech, or Pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional business units to identify, validate, and document critical business capabilities through the lens of cyber-resilience and operational continuity.

Critically evaluate '

As Is' landscapes using structured process mapping to isolate operational vulnerabilities and technical inefficiencies.

Lead and co-facilitate highly collaborative requirements workshops, design thinking sessions, interviews, and workflow analyses to extract clear user needs and system dependencies.

Devise comprehensive training, support, and transition documentation to operationalize newly introduced system enhancements.

Analyze, cleanse, and visualize large, complex datasets to identify trends, process variations, and outliers, packaging these into clear Management Information (MI) reports for senior leaders.

Define and monitor robust metrics to confirm the success of implemented process improvements.

Manage analyst-level delivery across multiple concurrent smaller projects or head up dedicated workstreams within highly complex system migrations.

Build bridges between disparate technical teams, software vendors, and internal business groups in a global, matrixed organization.

Wymagania

Analytical Engine: Strong analytical and numerical competency. You must be comfortable mining raw data, validating structural alignment, and identifying trends in complex systems.

Process Mastery: Proficient with industry-standard Business Analysis frameworks, process mapping tools, and value cycle optimization techniques.

Rapid Domain Absorption: Proven ability to quickly master unfamiliar technical or business processes and cleanly articulate highly complex business scenarios.

Stakeholder Influence: Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills—you are a confident facilitator who is comfortable challenging the status quo with senior management.

Mindset: A 'completer-finisher' who takes absolute accountability for a project from initial inception through to delivery, metric verification, and stable support handover.

Nice to HavePrior experience delivering within Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Migrations, or disaster recovery/continuity-centric IT projects.

Strong background supporting large-scale enterprise technology transformations.
