Responsibilities

Design and configure HR solutions based on your area of expertise: traditional SAP HCM (On-Premise Core HR/Payroll) OR cloud-based SuccessFactors (specifically Employee Central, Payroll, or LMS modules).

Support global enterprises with data migration strategies and cloud HR transformation.

Execute system testing and lead training sessions for key users.

Requirements

Hands-on implementation or support experience in at least one of the following: SAP HCM, SF Employee Central, SF Payroll, or SF LMS.

Practical understanding of payroll logic or soft HR processes (Learning, Development).

Strong communicative English (min. B2) for international project delivery.

German language skills are a plus.
