Power Platform & AI Automation SpecialistOn behalf of our client, we are seeking a Power Platform & AI Automation Specialist to lead the transformation of manual organizational processes into efficient, AI-enhanced workflows. In this role, you will design tailored internal software, build automated pipelines, and implement custom virtual assistants across key business units such as HR, administration, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain functional internal applications tailored to business needs using Power Apps.

Create end-to-end automated workflows using Power Automate to optimize cross-departmental operations.

Configure and deploy Copilot agents and conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Integrate Microsoft suite tools (SharePoint, Teams) and enterprise systems using REST APIs and connectors.

Analyze existing operational workflows, identify bottleneck areas, and recommend scalable automation strategies.

Work directly with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

Proven background in low-code application development and process automation using the Microsoft stack.

Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio.

Practical understanding of system integration principles, REST APIs, and Microsoft platform architecture.

Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services is considered a strong plus.

Strong analytical skills and good English communication abilities (B2/C1) for daily project collaboration.
