Multilingual Recruiter with French / Spanish / Italian

🚀 In this role, you will:

• 💬 Connect with candidates through phone, online, and face-to-face interviews
• 🤝 Partner with hiring managers to find the right people for their teams
• 🔎 Search for great talent using different sourcing channels, networks, and creative approaches
• 💼 Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from the first conversation to the job offer
• 📊 Keep recruitment data up to date in our ATS and HR systems
• ✅ Make sure every candidate receives a fair and consistent experience throughout the process
• 🌟 Be an ambassador for our company and create a positive candidate experience from the very first interaction

Candidate Profile:

• 🌍 Fluent in: English (B2), Polish (C2), and Italian or French or Spanish (C1)
• 💬 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• 🎯 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ⚡ Self-starter with a sense of urgency, able to work well under pressure and thrive in a high-velocity environment
• 🤝 Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
• 🔍 Strong attention to detail
• 🔐 Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
