Your role

As the first point of contact for Financial Services queries, you provide clients with clear and accurate answers, resolving most matters on the first touch and ensuring a smooth handover to specialist teams when deeper expertise is needed. Your proactive support and transparent communication make a real impact on the customer experience every day.
