Junior Financial Controller (Hybrid)

Your responsibilities

• Preparing monthly / weekly reporting for the CFO and the Management Board, and relevant department
• Operating project managing system, internal process management
• Supporting the execution of internal controls related to project, revenue recognition, evidence management (agreement, Purchase order, etc.)

Conducting closing process

Cooperation with finance departments and operational teams, foreign companies of the Grouppreparation of the annual budget and cyclical forecasts, Profitability analysis by departmentpreparing ad hoc report supporting the business decisions of the CFO and the Management Board, Participation in the automation and standardization of management reporting, Participation in the development of the reporting environment and the implementation of new financial and ERP tools.

Our requirements

• Basic knowledge of the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow and the relationship between them, Very good knowledge of Excel, Good and transparent communication, Active learning and development
• Detail oriented sense of numbers, accuracy, and good analytical mind, very good knowledge of English, enabling free cooperation with foreign and Korean companies, the ability to deliver result in timely manner under pressureindependence and focus on finding solutions, not just reporting problems. Nice to have:2 or more years of experience in FP& A, financial controlling, financial analysis, effective communication in cross-functional teams
• Degree in Finance and Accounting, Controlling or Business Administration
• You hold current VISA and work permit valid in PolandWhat we offer
