Role context

That’s why we’re looking for a Project Manager who thinks systemically, acts proactively and can maintain structure even in complex projects.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Project Manager to cooperate with us on complex digital projects. In this role, you will be at the heart of project delivery, bridging the gap between client needs and cross-functional contributors.

You will coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects, with a specific focus on serving and growing our portfolio of clients in the Middle East and MENA region.

Your scope will include delivery coordination, project profitability and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with our partners.

This is more than just a task-management role. We are looking for a true project owner who can navigate the complexities of project execution, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the evolution of our AI-first project management processes.

Scope of services

Order management and business development

Preparing work orders based on client requirements and project capacity for approval by Flying Bisons.

Preparing compelling business proposals based on client needs and profitability calculations.

Coordinating delivery timelines and supporting smooth order processing.

Identifying upsell opportunities and thinking strategically about expanding partnerships.

Delivery and resource coordination

Planning project delivery against availability declared by contributors.

Proposing delivery alternatives when a contributor becomes unavailable.

Coordinating access, approvals and NDAs required for project delivery.

Identifying potential capacity constraints and proposing adjustments to support delivery continuity.

Financial and administrative oversight

Supporting the accuracy of project data in billing systems and the invoicing process.

Monitoring project budget utilization.

Reconciling reported hours against the project budget.

Communicating discrepancies and project-related financial risks promptly.

Supporting the monitoring of client receivables.

Project execution and quality

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal contributors, including Analytics, Design, Dev and other areas.

Gathering and structuring project status updates from stream leaders to ensure clear data flow.

Actively supporting the resolution of daily project issues and managing delivery pressure effectively.

Supporting quality control for strategically important deliverables.

Coordinating projects using agile methodologies, including 1 to 2 week sprints, within Jira and other PM tools.

Stakeholder and risk management

Building and nurturing relationships with partners, with a deep understanding of the cultural and business specifics of clients from the MENA region.

Planning delivery around declared availability windows across contributors, vendors and clients.

Identifying project risks and proposing mitigation options to support delivery continuity.

Communicating effectively to keep all stakeholders aligned on project goals, dependencies and delivery status.

Process improvement

Contributing to the development of tools and processes supporting AI-first project management.

What we are looking forMinimum 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital agency or tech environment delivering products involving UX/UI design, development and research.

Prior experience working directly with clients from the Middle East or MENA region and a solid understanding of the local business culture.

Strong familiarity with project management software, especially Jira and time-tracking tools.

Solid understanding of modern technology capabilities and constraints.

Proficiency in both written and spoken Polish and English, C1/C2 level.

Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating client expectations with project delivery.

Experience coordinating delivery across 10 to 15 contributors from different disciplines.

Strong ownership of project delivery and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.

Ability to identify business opportunities.

Strong understanding of project budgets, profitability and reporting.

Experience contributing to AI-first project management tools and processes.

Suggested commercial range: 15 000 to 17 000 PLN net + VAT per month, depending on experience, expertise, scope and availability.

Remote cooperation.

Cooperation in an Apple and Google Workspace-based environment.

Access to selected project tools, systems and environments where required for project delivery, security or client compliance.
