In Poland, we have been operating for several years. We run 9 production facilities across three locations: Duninowo and Lębork. Our production plant in Duninowo, near Ustka, is one of the largest and most advanced fish processing facilities in the world. This is where the majority of nearly 200,000 tons of products are produced and distributed across four continents. In Gdańsk, we have our Business Support Center as well as teams responsible for sales, IT, and marketing.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of sales and profitability reports across various dimensions
• Participation in the preparation of short- and long-term forecasts
• Preparation and analysis of monthly financial and production reports
• Contributing to and challenging savings / continuous improvement initiatives across various areas (e.g., Production and Supply Chain)

Identifying opportunities to optimize and improve processes and tools

• Driving the digitalization of controlling processes by coordinating the migration from Excel-based reporting to Power BI and Snowflake-based solutions
• Preparing ad hoc analyses and reports in line with Leadership Team requirements
• Our Requirements
• Relevant experience in Financial Controlling and/or Audit
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience working with Power BI and Power Query will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skillsVery good communication skills in both Polish and English
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• CIMA and/or ACCA certification will be an asset
• Experience in Production Controlling will be considered an advantageWe offer:
