The Senior Product Manager - Digital Manufacturing will own and evolve a portfolio of digital manufacturing platforms supporting 23 production sites globally, with a focus on Data Historian, OEE and Connected Worker solutions.

As part of our digital transformation journey, you will work with teams across EMEA, APAC and the Americas to deliver secure, scalable and compliant solutions that improve manufacturing performance and unlock business value. This role combines product leadership, stakeholder engagement and technology expertise to shape the future of manufacturing technology across the organisation.

Product Delivery & Platform Modernisation

Lead cross-functional delivery teams to prioritise and implement product backlog items.

Deliver intuitive, adoption-led solutions using Agile and DevOps practices.

Partner with manufacturing sites, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.

Drive platform modernisation initiatives that improve scalability, reliability and user experience.

Quality, Risk & Compliance

Ensure compliance with security, risk, data governance and applicable regulatory standards.

Identify and manage delivery, operational and vendor-related risks.

Support the delivery of secure and resilient manufacturing technology solutions.

Service Management & Lifecycle Ownership

Own the full product lifecycle, from strategy and delivery through support, optimisation and retirement.

Define support models, service levels and escalation processes.

Align priorities across manufacturing sites, OT teams, Architecture and Infrastructure functions.

Ensure products deliver measurable value throughout their lifecycle.

Adoption, Change & Ways of Working

Drive adoption of digital manufacturing capabilities across global sites.

Promote product-centric ways of working and continuous improvement practices.

Support change management activities to maximise business value and user engagement.

Demand, Roadmap & Value Management

Own demand intake, prioritisation and roadmap development.

Manage product budgets and track value realisation.

Partner with business stakeholders to define Proof of Value initiatives and support investment decisions.

Balance local site requirements with global platform priorities.

Technical Skills

Experience working with Data Historian, OEE, MES, Connected Worker or similar manufacturing technology platforms.

Working knowledge of SQL, APIs and reporting tools such as Power BI.

Understanding of manufacturing data flows, system integrations and shop-floor technologies.

Ability to troubleshoot technical, performance and reliability issues.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Significant experience in technology, including product management and manufacturing technology platforms.

Experience delivering digital products within manufacturing, industrial or consumer goods environments.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.

Familiarity with GxP-regulated environments and an understanding of validation and compliance requirements.

Preferred

Experience with OT environments, industrial networks and shop-floor connectivity.

Knowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps, service management and product operating models.

Experience with GxP, validation requirements or Unified Namespace (UNS) environments.

Experience working in global organisations supporting multiple manufacturing sites.
