Your responsibilities:

You’ll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help. 🗺️Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks. 💳Jump in and save the day when someone’s travel plans hit a bump. 🦸Chat or talk with passengers - whatever helps solve their problem fastest.

You speak Danish fluently (C1) and your English is solid too (B2).
