Ansible Automation Platform Developer – Monitoring and Logging (f/m)

We are looking for an experienced Ansible Developer to join a long-term project in an international environment. You will develop automation solutions for a monitoring and logging platform supporting multiple environments, systems, and applications.

Location: Warsaw (preferred), Gdańsk, or Gdynia

• Work model: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the office; work must be performed from Poland

• Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain solutions based on Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).

Design complex, scalable, and reusable Ansible roles and playbooks.

Automate tasks across multiple environments, systems, and applications.

Use advanced Ansible features, including variables, modules, loops, plugins, and templates.

Develop custom Ansible modules in Python.

Automate infrastructure, deployment, security, and compliance processes.

Integrate Ansible automation with CI/CD pipelines.

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise playbooks and roles.

Follow coding standards, guidelines, and automation best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders and international technical teams.

RequirementsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or automation.

Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).

Advanced experience in developing Ansible playbooks and reusable roles.

Practical knowledge of AWX and Ansible Tower.

Experience in developing custom Ansible modules using Python.

Experience in infrastructure, deployment, security, or compliance automation.

Practical knowledge of Git and Ansible integration with Jenkins.

Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and optimisation skills.

Ability to build scalable automation solutions for multiple environments.

English proficiency sufficient for daily work in an international team.
